Cheat Menu AccessThe player gets an in-game cell phone after completing the tutorial mission. The cell phone is the window to the cheat menu. Press the directional pad 'Up' on the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 to bring up the cell phone in the bottom right corner of the screen.
