Race - Nord (Preset 1, move Nose Type over to the right by 1 tick, Eye Color to the right by 1, and Facial Hair to the right by 1. Ha, I'm doing a very similar build right now as well, but I'm basing my character's combat style and equipment enchantments are loosely based on the Ebony Warrior himself.
Here's my build plan, steal or ignore what you want:PDifficulty: Adept - maybe higher once you get your gear and perks sorted out, but your armor is going to SUCK unless you go deep into Alchemy, Enchanting, AND Smithing. Sounds good!As for alchemy, imho, it's the fastest crafting skill to level up early game. As soon as you leave Helgen, I think it takes about an hour to collect a ton of ingredients, that, with the right potions, brings my alchemy to 60+ and earns me a bunch of money to start with. Sometimes I also do the transmute-smithing thing, but that feels like it takes longer and is more grindy to me.
With alchemy I just amass money and then I buy ingots and ore to train smithing (+skill training).Ever since I found out I can bind two potions to the controller it's become a staple in all my builds. Everyone needs healing and I don't like switching out my weapon for a restoration spell when I can chug a potion and keep on kicking ass without accessing a menu. It's still challenging because on higher difficulties theres lots of one or two hit kills. Or I just get overwelmed or too cocky.I carry a bunch of fortify + restore health potions and a combat potion: on my current Nord build that's Fortify two-handed + regen stamina + resist fire (I consider it a typical Nord concoction to drink when going into battle). It means I can leave restoration and alteration out of my build for now.
